Yes, we ship worldwide . Your rituals deserve to bloom wherever you are. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Portugal usually takes 2–4 days. EU orders: 3–7 days. International: 7–14 days (customs permitting). All orders come with tracking info.

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your Bloom every step of the way.

We’ve got you. Contact us at contact@moroccanbloom.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If it's lost, we'll replace it — no stress.

For hygiene reason, we only accept returns of products that are intact and unopened.
If your product arrives damaged or there’s a mistake in your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll cancel or modify it for you. Once it’s shipped, it’s final.

Yes. Our formulas are designed to be gentle, non-irritating, and natural — no synthetic fragrances, alcohol, parabens, or sulfates. Always patch test first if you're prone to sensitivities.

Our formulas contain natural ingredients, but due to individual sensitivities and hormonal changes during pregnancy/postpartum, we recommend asking your doctor before use.

Each product is proudly made in Morocco.

We ethically source our ingredients from women-led cooperatives, and formulations are done in a certified laboratory, ensuring both authenticity and safety.

We are based in Portugal and orders are shipped from there.

Never. We scent our formulas with natural extracts, essential oils, and aromatic infusions like neroli, saffron, and vanilla. No synthetic perfumes — ever.

No. It’s a delicate, botanical fragrance — enough to feel fresh, not overpowering.

We use natural essences (from neroli, saffron, verbena, etc.) designed to delicately perfume the skin without overwhelming it. There are no synthetic perfumes, only botanical notes rooted in tradition.

Unopened, our products have a 12-month shelf life. Once opened, use within 6 months for best results. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our rituals are made for anyone with an intimate area — regardless of gender. While we speak to women, all bodies are welcome here.
